Recruitment Administrator


Our client, is currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to take assist in a bulk recruitment project.

This position will be a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months and the project is responsible for the end to end recruitment of a number positions.

This role will see you conducting the following duties:

• Processing high volume of documentation generated with bulk recruitment processes
• Manage bookings and inductions for bulk processes
• Assisting in the set up and facilitation of Assessment Centres

To be successful for the role you must have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment support role
• High attention to detail
• Ability to show initiative and follow through
• Sound experience utilising Microsoft Office and Computer Databases, Exposure to Page UP will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills
• Current drivers licence and own transport
