Shotfirer’s- to be considered for this position you MUST have the following:
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience as a Shotfirer.
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card.
• Current Shotfirer’s ticket.
• Current C class Drivers Licence (preferably HR).
• Flexible, motivated and hardworking attitude.
• Commitment to OH&S and safe work practices.
We offer: excellent camp accommodation and facilities as well as REVISED and INCREASED hourly pay rates with the potential of moving into a permanent capacity, pending performance.

2012 Opportunities – Mobile Plant Operators (Production)
The largest mining project in Australian history.
Requires around 6000 employees over next five years
Our clients iron ore operations in the Pilbara have a current annual capacity of 225 million tonnes, with plans to increase capacity to 283 million tonnes by 2013, on a pathway to 333 million tonnes by 2015.
With a network of 14 mines, three shipping terminals and the largest privately owned heavy freight rail network in Australia, our clients Pilbara operations make up a major part of Western Australian iron ore activities.
2012 promises to be a year of growth.
Our client is investing more than $15 billion over the next five
years to expand their Pilbara operations by 50 per cent to 333
million tonnes per annum (Mt/a) by 2015.
This expansion and growth in operations means an influx of new
machines and a ramp-up of existing activities.
2012 Opportunities
Production Mobile Plant Operators / Allrounders required for 2/1 Perth FIFO roster.
Successful candidates will have experience operating the
following equipment (or similar equivalent size equipment):
Excavators: Hitachi
EX5500,EX3600,EX1200.
Loaders: Komatsu WA1200,WA900, Cat
992G.
Dozers: Caterpillar D10,
D11.
Graders: Caterpillar
16H,24H.
Trucks: Komatsu
730E,830E
PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with previous production experience
on LARGE mobile equipment (such as the above) need apply.
You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug
and alcohol screen prior to commencement.
